Time saving for me is only buy the items I have in my coupon envelope for the trip. If there is something I need that I don't have a coupon for I write it on a little piece of paper and put it in my envelope. That way I'm not taking a long list that more than likely I would have forgot at home anyway. I'm not tempted to purchase something that I see randomly b/c I don't have a coupon for it.
